The scientific committee of such a big congress requires that the abstracts for all kind of presentations and courses to be submitted at-least 4 months in advance so that they can be peer reviewed and adequate slots given to every presenter, we take pride in running our own software for generating the scientific program which allows us to collaborate with the presenters to choose the more suitable slot for their presentation. Therefore we would request you to please start working on you presentations early this year for timely submission.
